EJOT® MULTIFIX® HSF Seismic Injection Resin 420ml

Engineered for heavy-duty concrete applications and safety-critical installations, EJOT® MULTIFIX® HSF Seismic Resin 420ml is a high-performance hybrid Urethane-Methacrylate chemical injection mortar certified for extreme structural environments. Formulated specifically to meet stringent seismic action categories C1 and C2, it delivers superior bond performance in both cracked and non-cracked concrete as well as post-installed rebar connections. Anchoring without radial expansion pressure, MULTIFIX® HSF permits exceptionally small edge clearances and close anchor centre spacing while maintaining outstanding resistance across high temperature ranges and aggressive chemical exposures.

ETA and CE Marking EPD Third-Party Verified

CERTIFIED 100-YEAR WORKING LIFE — C1 & C2 SEISMIC ACCREDITATION

Approved under ETA 24/0646, ETA 24/0647, and ETA 24/0648, MULTIFIX® HSF provides total peace of mind for high-demand infrastructure, steel framing, façade brackets, and storage racking. Its rapid-curing chemistry accelerates job site turnaround, whilst its non-expansive anchoring mechanism ensures maximum load transfer right to concrete edges without spalling or fracturing.

KEY PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES & SITE BENEFITS

  • Expansion-Free Anchoring: Fix without generating radial expansion forces, allowing safe installations with narrow edge distances and tight centre-to-centre spacing.
  • High-Load Seismic Resistance: Full C1 and C2 approval delivers uncompromised safety during earthquake and dynamic load conditions.
  • Fast Curing Speed: Accelerates anchor setting and early loading to significantly reduce structural downtime on site.
  • Outstanding Thermal & Chemical Stability: Exhibits excellent long-term structural integrity at high operating temperatures and in aggressive chemical media.
  • Economical Reusability: Cartridges can be reused until their shelf-life expiration date simply by replacing the static mixer nozzle or resealing with the original screw cap.

INSTALLATION & SITE PROCESSING ADVICE:

Always drill to the specified embedment depth and thoroughly clean the drill hole using an approved blow-out pump and steel wire brush before resin injection. Discard the first 10cm of extruded resin until a uniform colour mix is achieved. Observe all curing schedules and relevant ETA approval documentation during planning and execution.

How We Keep Your Builds Moving

We operate our own dedicated logistics vans out of Luton alongside leading national freight carriers, ensuring full trace visibility from our warehouse shelves straight to site.

01.
Instant Hub Sorting: Approved orders pass straight to active pick queues via our localised automated barcode stock framework.
02.
Heavy Component Packing: Structural products are safely stored in industrial reinforced cartons or strapped securely to pallets to fully safeguard fine threads and anti-corrosion zinc surfaces.
03.
Tailgate On-Site Offloading: Bulk shipments drop cleanly at your structural site boundary line via integrated tail-lift carrier transport systems.

Logistics Scope & Out-Of-Zone Shipments

Standard courier pricing arrays map explicitly to structural mainland UK postal grids. Supplementary transit routing variables, variable lead times, or specialised carrier adjustments apply across high-altitude or outlying maritime zones:

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: Postcode structures matching KW, IV, PA, and PH configurations map to alternative transit grids. Please review checkout calculations for accurate real-time weights.
  • Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands: Water-crossing logistical paths require clean custom manifesting lines.
  • Heavy Oversized Pallets: Extended multi-ply girder connectors, structural space straps, 3m channel unistrut, or high-volume masonry hangers pass through dedicated heavy haulage grids.
NEED SPECIFIC AM DELIVERY TIMES OR TIMED SITE COORDINATION? If your project features demanding time windows, unique site access restrictions, or crane offload coordination, contact our central logistics desk directly on 01707 375172 or email your schedule over to finalise arrangements.
