Utilising an adjustable slotted base plate design, it provides installers with excellent positioning flexibility around anchor bolts for precise timber framing alignment on site. This support features an integrated 25mm stand-off plate that lifts the timber post face clear of pooling surface water, preventing moisture entrapment and rot cycles while offering high structural load-bearing performance.
