Product Return Categorisation & Rules
At Metro Fixings Limited, we are completely committed to backing your commercial operations with premium, fully compliant hardware line items and dependable project fulfillment. If you need to return components supplied by us within a 30-day window from purchase, our client services desk is structured to process allocations smoothly. All items require formal internal approval and a system-generated returns note before transit back to our yard.
Standard Stocked Products The vast majority of catalog lines fall under our standard inventory protocols. Unused goods returned complete, in original pristine condition, and at your expense will receive a full stock value credit (excluding outbound carriage costs). Metro Fixings reserves the right to impose a standard restocking fee where circumstances warrant.
Non-Stocked Products & Custom Specials Due to their unique structural criteria, specific material runs, or custom manufacturing profiles, non-stocked custom components cannot be returned or credited under any circumstances. Contact customer services for specialised advice on your layout.
Defective or Incorrect Deliveries In the rare event that hardware arrives faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will instantly manage a dedicated collection, repair, or replacement courier routing free of charge. Approved items must be securely packed with your official returns sheet.
