SITE PROTECTION & CLEANING / CARPET & FLOOR PROTECTION

600mm x 100m Contract Self-Adhesive Carpet Protector Film

Engineered for commercial contractors, decorators, and high-spec domestic refits, this 600mm x 100m Contract Carpet Protector Film delivers dependable, heavy-duty surface defence across high-traffic walkways, rooms, and stairs. Extruded from high-grade, puncture-resistant polythene and coated with a specialised low-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive, it lays flat and grips carpet pile firmly without creeping, wrinkling, or lifting under boots and equipment. Built reverse-wound for rapid, ergonomic application, it acts as a tough, waterproof barrier against plaster splatters, wet trade spills, paint, mud, and abrasive grit—peeling away cleanly without leaving gummy adhesive residue when the job is done.

COMMERCIAL GRADE SURFACE DEFENCE — 60m² COVERAGE PER ROLL

Designed specifically for direct carpet contact, the self-adhesive backing secures itself entirely without need for duct tape or additional fixings. Easily rolled out along narrow corridors, stair runs, or wide open rooms, this 100-metre continuous contract roll offers up to 4 weeks of clean-peel performance across domestic renovations, office fit-outs, and new builds.

KEY PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES & BENEFITS

  • Self-Adhering & Anti-Slip: Grips fibrous carpet pile securely, preventing the dangerous rucking, bunching, and trip hazards caused by loose dust sheets.
  • Superior Spill & Tear Resistance: 100% waterproof barrier shrugs off paint splatters, liquids, wet mud, plaster dust, and heavy builders boot traffic.
  • Ergonomic Reverse-Wound Roll: Rolls straight out with your foot or hands without unspooling in reverse—saving vital setup and breakdown time on site.
  • Clean Peel Removal: Formulated to peel away effortlessly leaving fibres clean, fresh, and free from sticky marks or residue.
  • High-Yield 60m² Coverage: Ideal roll width (600mm) for standard doorways, corridors, stairs, and edge trim protection.

PROFESSIONAL USAGE TIPS:

Ensure carpet is completely dry and vacuumed clean prior to applying. Not suitable for hard flooring (use hard surface film), oriental rugs, or 100% pure wool/high pile carpets. For maximum protection, overlap edges by 25-50mm across large open floor areas.

How We Keep Your Builds Moving

We operate our own dedicated logistics vans out of Luton alongside leading national freight carriers, ensuring full trace visibility from our warehouse shelves straight to site.

01.
Instant Hub Sorting: Approved orders pass straight to active pick queues via our localised automated barcode stock framework.
02.
Heavy Component Packing: Structural products are safely stored in industrial reinforced cartons or strapped securely to pallets to fully safeguard fine threads and anti-corrosion zinc surfaces.
03.
Tailgate On-Site Offloading: Bulk shipments drop cleanly at your structural site boundary line via integrated tail-lift carrier transport systems.

Logistics Scope & Out-Of-Zone Shipments

Standard courier pricing arrays map explicitly to structural mainland UK postal grids. Supplementary transit routing variables, variable lead times, or specialised carrier adjustments apply across high-altitude or outlying maritime zones:

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: Postcode structures matching KW, IV, PA, and PH configurations map to alternative transit grids. Please review checkout calculations for accurate real-time weights.
  • Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands: Water-crossing logistical paths require clean custom manifesting lines.
  • Heavy Oversized Pallets: Extended multi-ply girder connectors, structural space straps, 3m channel unistrut, or high-volume masonry hangers pass through dedicated heavy haulage grids.
NEED SPECIFIC AM DELIVERY TIMES OR TIMED SITE COORDINATION? If your project features demanding time windows, unique site access restrictions, or crane offload coordination, contact our central logistics desk directly on 01707 375172 or email your schedule over to finalise arrangements.
