SITE LIGHTING & POWER / TEMPORARY 110V SITE LIGHTING

22m 110V Connectable LED Capsule Festoon Lighting Kit (50W)

Built tough for rigorous construction and refurbishment environments, this 22m 110V LED Festoon Lighting Kit delivers continuous, crisp site illumination across walkways, corridors, scaffold runs, and stairwells. Combining low-energy 50W consumption with high-output 6000K daylight capsules, this heavy-duty set replaces outdated, fragile incandescent festoons with robust solid-state technology. Designed with high-efficiency solid-moulded capsules spaced at 2-metre intervals, the system provides uniform light distribution while operating on standard 110V site transformers. Its premier structural feature is an integrated end-to-end connectable coupler system, allowing trades to easily interconnect multiple kits into a seamless single-source run measuring up to 150 metres.

110 Volt Site Power 50 Watt Low Energy LED Technology 6000K Daylight White IP44 Weatherproof Rated IK07 Impact Resistant 2 Year Guarantee

CONTINUOUS EXPEDITION ILLUMINATION — LINKABLE UP TO 150 METRES

Eliminate the spaghetti of multiple extension leads and splitter boxes across large sites. Fitted with heavy-duty male and female weatherproof connectors at each end, you can daisy-chain multiple kits together to illuminate expansive runs up to 150m from a single 16A 110V power point. Each capsule features integrated suspension eyes for effortless hanging from scaffold clips, cable ties, or overhead hooks.

KEY PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES & SITE BENEFITS

  • Extensive 150m Daisy-Chaining: Integrated linking sockets allow quick expansion without additional transformer drops, reducing site power clutter.
  • Shatterproof IK07 Construction: Rugged polycarbonate diffusers and solid capsule heads resist job site knocks, vibration, drops, and rough handling.
  • Low Running Costs & Cooler Operation: Draws just 50W per 22m length while maintaining a bright 5000 lumens, eliminating incandescent bulb burnouts and hot surfaces.
  • High-Visibility Arctic Yellow Sheath: Conspicuous yellow flex enhances safety and reduces accidental trip hazards or damage in busy work areas.
  • Instant Site Deployment: Pre-terminated with an industry standard 16A 110V yellow plug for immediate connection to on-site distribution boxes.

INSTALLATION & SITE RIGGING GUIDE:

Always support the festoon cable using the integrated eyelets located above each capsule head or run along a catenary wire over long spans. Do not suspend the string by the electrical wiring alone. Ensure the terminating end-cap is firmly sealed on the final link to maintain IP44 weatherproof integrity.

How We Keep Your Builds Moving

We operate our own dedicated logistics vans out of Luton alongside leading national freight carriers, ensuring full trace visibility from our warehouse shelves straight to site.

01.
Instant Hub Sorting: Approved orders pass straight to active pick queues via our localised automated barcode stock framework.
02.
Heavy Component Packing: Structural products are safely stored in industrial reinforced cartons or strapped securely to pallets to fully safeguard fine threads and anti-corrosion zinc surfaces.
03.
Tailgate On-Site Offloading: Bulk shipments drop cleanly at your structural site boundary line via integrated tail-lift carrier transport systems.

Logistics Scope & Out-Of-Zone Shipments

Standard courier pricing arrays map explicitly to structural mainland UK postal grids. Supplementary transit routing variables, variable lead times, or specialised carrier adjustments apply across high-altitude or outlying maritime zones:

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: Postcode structures matching KW, IV, PA, and PH configurations map to alternative transit grids. Please review checkout calculations for accurate real-time weights.
  • Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands: Water-crossing logistical paths require clean custom manifesting lines.
  • Heavy Oversized Pallets: Extended multi-ply girder connectors, structural space straps, 3m channel unistrut, or high-volume masonry hangers pass through dedicated heavy haulage grids.
NEED SPECIFIC AM DELIVERY TIMES OR TIMED SITE COORDINATION? If your project features demanding time windows, unique site access restrictions, or crane offload coordination, contact our central logistics desk directly on 01707 375172 or email your schedule over to finalise arrangements.
