Our returns policy for goods ordered on our website and via customer services.

Metro Fixings Limited is committed to providing customers with the highest quality service and products. If you purchased the item less than 30 days ago and wish to return goods supplied by us for any reason please call or email customer services:

When calling customer services, please have your original invoice or advice note to hand.

Once customer services have authorised your return, they will issue a returns note that must be returned with the goods.

The products we supply fall into two categories and we have differing policies depending on which type of product it is you wish to return;

Standard Stocked Products

The majority of products sold on our website we class as standard stock items and a full credit to the value of the goods will be issued, less any carriage costs. The goods must be returned to us complete and in the original condition and at your cost. Once the returned goods have been received by us a credit will be issued. If we have arranged a courier to collect your returned goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present when the courier arrives as we are unable to specify a collection time. Metro Fixings do reserve the right to impose a restocking charge if it is warranted.

Non-Stocked Products & Specials

Due to their nature, these products may not be returned under any circumstances. Please call our customer services team for further advice on your specific request.

Faulty Goods

If, on the rare occasion we have delivered you faulty, incorrectly supplied or defective goods, Metro Fixings will arrange a collection, repair or replacement and delivery service free of charge.

Once you have received authorisation from customer services, please ensure all returned items are securely packed and in their original condition and include a completed returns note. Please send returned items to:
