Dear Metro Fixings customers,

Whilst the uncertainly around COVID-19 continues, and following the latest government advice, we just wanted to let our loyal customers know that we are still open for business and here to support you through this challenging time.

Our Web/Sales/Customer Service teams are split between working in house and operating remotely and our warehouse operations have split into much smaller shift teams, in order to observe the government advice on social distancing.

As ever, our number one priority is the health and safety of our employees and our customers.

We are acutely aware certain industries require priority support at this time and as such if you have any orders for the NHS, medical facilities, hospitals and suchlike due to COVID-19 please do let our Customer Service team know on 01707 375172 and they will endeavour to prioritise with immediate effect.

We also would like to assure our valued customers and anyone who continues to trade, that we have good stock levels and can still offer goods on a 48-hour delivery service, in order to fulfil your orders.

If you are a local customer, your order can be fully processed either via email, telephone or via our website and collections can be made from our warehouse.

Thank you for your continued support and of course, if circumstances change that adversely affect our business operations, we will ensure you are updated immediately.
